The Technical Solutions Engineer owns second-tier technical cases for ad campaigns, troubleshooting integrations, pixels, creatives and platform issues. They analyze database queries, run client troubleshooting calls, automate tasks with scripting, document workarounds, and collaborate with R&D, AdOps, Product and Account teams to resolve escalations and improve products.
