Partners with Sales, Business Unit Finance, and strategic revenue management teams to translate pricing, merchandising, and trade investment assumptions into accurate forecasts and actionable insights. Oversees trade reviews, strengthens financial controls, influences cross-functional decisions, and supports short- and long-term business objectives.

Leads customer insights for Loblaws by translating Nielsen, LDIA, and syndicated data into recommendations on assortment, shelving, innovation, planograms, and category growth. Builds trusted buyer relationships, leads category reviews and start-sell conversations, evaluates SKU performance, develops shelf strategies, and equips sales teams with negotiation insights and commercial playbooks. Collaborates with internal sales, insights, and international analytics teams to turn analysis into compelling business stories and actionable recommendations.
