The Staff Software Engineer will develop and maintain a scalable Universal Directory platform, focusing on identity management, high-performance software components, and collaborating with various teams for deployment and quality assurance.

Design, build, deploy, and own high-performance, scalable data-platform components for streaming analytics, reporting, and ML. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform design/code reviews and performance tuning, debug production incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor engineers to scale the organization.

Lead roadmap and delivery of MFA and authentication factor products (WebAuthn, passkeys, TOTP, OTP, hardware keys). Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to define requirements, prototype solutions, validate with customers, track KPIs, and enable launches. Drive discovery, build business cases, and leverage AI tools to accelerate product development.
