Lead MarTech systems for Paid Acquisition, Paid Social, and SEO by owning GTM, tagging, server-side measurement, Conversion API, and CDP integrations. Build AI-enabled workflows for segmentation, personalization, and automation. Drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, data, legal, and privacy to embed consent, governance, and maintain Privacy Impact Assessments and data-flow documentation.

Lead development and productionization of reinforcement-learning and agentic systems for search, recommendations, and AI assistant features.
