Serves as senior legal advisor on AI, product development, marketing, and legal technology. Advises on AI regulations, product launches, commercial agreements, open-source licensing, privacy, intellectual property, and vendor relationships. Develops policies, contract terms, and scalable legal processes while partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Procurement, and strategic partners. Requires deep knowledge of U.S. and international AI regulation, technology transactions, and commercial legal matters.
