Execute and optimize seller lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and push using Iterable. Build audiences, journeys, triggers, experiments, and personalized templates; QA campaign launches; analyze funnel and customer behavior; troubleshoot issues; and develop testing roadmaps. It also develops AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, content operations, audits, and scalable SEO execution.

Supports US and Canadian multi-entity payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, quarter- and year-end audits, and equity events including RSU vestings, option exercises, and ESPP purchases. Prepares journal entries and reconciliations, responds to employee inquiries, and partners on system enhancements and process automation using AI. The role requires onsite work four days per week in Phoenix or Toronto.

Execute end-to-end listing workflows and handle exceptions and escalations outside automated processes. QC photos, data, descriptions, and documents; validate AI outputs; manage high-volume cases to deadlines; triage and escalate listing issues across teams; cross-train on workflows; identify process gaps and recommend tooling or workflow improvements.

Lead end-to-end cross-channel performance media strategy, buying, optimization, and measurement across paid social, CTV/TV, audio, programmatic, direct mail, and local media. Manage agencies and partners, own budgets and pacing, run experiments and incrementality tests, apply AI/automation to scale creative and operations, and partner with analytics to tie brand investments to acquisition and business outcomes.

Lead corporate tax provision and compliance (federal, state, indirect), manage tax returns, audits, R&D credit process, draft technical memos, implement controls and AI-driven workflow improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally on tax planning and projects.

Own and scale Opendoor's full-funnel content strategy: SEO-driven articles, converting landing pages, and community content. Build AI-enabled content systems, run experiments, and collaborate with Growth, Product, and Design to embed content across acquisition and lifecycle motions.

Lead design, automation, and maintenance of secure, scalable IT infrastructure across SaaS, cloud, and endpoints. Administer core platforms, manage cloud touchpoints, build scripting and IaC automation, run onboarding/offboarding lifecycles, troubleshoot networks, lead IT projects, mentor junior engineers, and partner with Security and business units to align IT with compliance and risk posture.

Design, build, and operate enterprise identity and endpoint security systems. Implement lifecycle automation, SSO/SCIM provisioning, phishing-resistant MFA, conditional access, endpoint hardening and EDR operations. Build automation and AI agents to reduce manual work, run the enterprise security program, monitor metrics, and partner on telemetry and incident response.
