The Senior Software Engineer ensures the reliability and performance of the Mural editor, collaborates on technical projects, and designs APIs for real-time collaboration. Responsibilities include product engineering, mentoring, and improving team processes while focusing on performance and developer experience.

Lead Product Designer owning end-to-end growth journeys (discovery, activation, monetization). Design experiments, prototypes, and reusable growth patterns; partner with product, research, data, and engineering; manage and mentor 1–3 designers; advocate for user trust while optimizing funnels and pricing, onboarding, and upgrade flows.

Lead end-to-end Customer Insights product: define the canonical usage data layer, build customer-facing analytics and audit surfaces, and deliver AI-native insights. Partner with engineering, data, design, Sales, and Customer Success to drive renewal and expansion narratives, ensure enterprise readiness (permissions, compliance), and translate ambiguous business questions into clear product experiences and APIs.
