The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, monitoring account activities, resolving issues, and promoting sales opportunities for employment screening products.

Perform investigative research to build identity, address, professional and educational histories using third-party databases and social media. Analyze records, document findings in report templates, conduct verification or clarification calls and occasional interviews, and support timely, accurate client deliverables.

Assess quality of background-screening components and cases to meet client SLAs. Log and allocate searches, verify fields/alerts, correct spelling/grammar, ensure pricing accuracy, escalate issues, coordinate with internal teams, maintain system knowledge, meet KPIs, and suggest process improvements.
