The Analyst Principal - IS Functional owns the delivery and support of Oracle JD Edwards Sales & Distribution and Transportation functionality, ensuring on-time project delivery aligned with business goals.

The Production Scheduling Coordinator coordinates production workflows, collaborates with various departments to meet deadlines, manages schedules, and maintains inventory levels.

Process supplier invoices, reconcile discrepancies with purchase orders, maintain supplier records, prepare accrual listings, perform supplier statement reconciliations, handle vendor correspondence, ensure SOX compliance, and support EDI/OCR workflow tasks in a high-volume AP environment.

Responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing discrepancies, ensuring compliance, reconciling statements, and maintaining supplier records in a timely manner.

Lead plant accounting for assigned manufacturing site including P&L ownership, month/quarter/annual close, reconciliations, variance and inventory analysis, forecasting and budgeting, fixed asset and GRIR management. Support audits, drive continuous improvement, prepare reporting packages, and partner with operations and corporate functions to ensure accurate financial controls and decision-support.

Process supplier invoices accurately and timely, manage PO/invoice variances, correspond with vendors, maintain supplier records, reconcile statements, prepare accruals, perform weekly EDI uploads, and ensure SOX compliance while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Drive analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Manage plant CAPEX projects from specification through commissioning. Support maintenance planning, supplier and HSE collaboration, equipment validation, troubleshooting, KPI analysis, corrective actions, and Quality Management System improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
