Build production software and customer solutions, design API integrations, connect payment and business systems, automate workflows, develop reconciliation logic, resolve production issues, and translate customer business challenges into technical solutions. The role combines software engineering, solution architecture, customer discovery, enterprise implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and enterprise customers.

Perform automated browser testing with Playwright, cross-browser and regression testing, test planning, QA documentation, and UI/UX validation. Collaborate with developers and designers in an Agile environment to ensure software meets functional, technical, visual, and business requirements. Maintain client-facing Confluence documentation and contribute to testing payment and transactional platforms.
