Execute medium to large technical projects in food manufacturing plants, including investigation, solution development, equipment sourcing, installation, and startup. Track project budgets and schedules, communicate status to stakeholders, apply project management and reporting practices, contribute to engineering work packages, and provide technical leadership. Support projects spanning product development, continuous improvement, and asset maintenance while developing engineering and leadership capabilities.

Provides strategic and technical leadership for electrical infrastructure, power distribution, reliability, safety, automation, energy management, and capital projects across multiple manufacturing facilities. Develops corporate electrical standards, leads maintenance and continuous improvement programs, oversees electrical engineering execution, supports PLC and SCADA systems, manages contractors and technical teams, and ensures regulatory, electrical, workplace, and food safety compliance.

Maintains ERP master data, including item records, bills of materials, routings, pricing, and customer information. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates. Performs data validation, quality assurance, interface verification, trend analysis, and issue resolution. Develops and updates procedures and documentation supporting data cleansing and governance. The role requires ERP or MDM experience, strong Excel skills, and careful handling of confidential information.
