Own end-to-end acquisition migrations onto Beacon’s standardized go-to-market stack. Manage discovery, planning, CRM and support-ticketing builds, data migration, training, timelines, dependencies, risks, contractors, stakeholders, and go-live quality across concurrent projects. Improve migration playbooks, checklists, and handoffs to make delivery faster and more predictable. The role requires strong communication, judgment under ambiguity, high-level GTM systems knowledge, and hands-on project leadership.

Lead end-to-end M&A activities, including sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, diligence, transaction execution, founder relationship management, and post-acquisition integration. Translate accounting, procurement, inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing workflows into practical system-based processes. Track user readiness, coordinate stakeholders, identify risks, support adoption, and improve reusable training resources and implementation methods.

Lead a portfolio company’s software engineering function by writing production code, modernizing its software development lifecycle, coaching engineers, setting the product roadmap with the GM, and implementing AI-enabled development and product capabilities.
