Lead a cross-functional marketing team responsible for pipeline and revenue growth. Design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel demand generation campaigns, ABM programs, webinars, events, content syndication, email nurture, landing pages, and sales enablement. Partner closely with Sales on target accounts, lead routing, pipeline reviews, and campaign execution while using marketing automation and GTM technologies to improve conversion and closed-won revenue.

Conduct outbound prospecting to live event, arts, theatre, museum, and cultural organizations through phone, email, and LinkedIn. Research accounts, engage senior stakeholders, qualify prospects, schedule discovery meetings, maintain CRM records, and provide market intelligence to Marketing and sales leadership. The role also contributes to outbound playbooks, targeting strategies, and performance improvements.
