The role researches competitor pricing and market trends, improves pricing processes, supports RFQs, resolves pricing issues, and builds carrier and customer relationships. Strong logistics knowledge, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and Excel skills are required.

Supports financial operations through invoice processing, data validation, reconciliations, payment file preparation, discrepancy resolution, customer and vendor communication, and financial reporting. The role maintains accurate records, generates invoices using Excel and macros, supports month-end close and audits, and assists internal stakeholders with billing and payment inquiries. It requires strong attention to detail, data management skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in an on-site office environment.
