Create realistic prototypes, contribute to shared design systems and front-end components, use data and user insights to shape initiatives, and manage roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and issues. The role requires strong visual and interaction design, product judgment, communication, leadership, and familiarity with code.

Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations from contract signature through organization-wide adoption. Responsibilities include creating rollout plans, managing cross-functional stakeholders, configuring SSO/SAML and SCIM, coordinating integrations and data migration, completing security reviews, driving change-management programs, monitoring risks and adoption metrics, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing implementation playbooks and enablement materials.
