Provides operational and analytical support for marketing and sales operations. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM and marketing data quality, preparing reports, troubleshooting platforms, documenting processes, coordinating initiatives, optimizing marketing technologies and workflows, and supporting AI-enabled automation and user acceptance testing. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Information Systems, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and support decision-making.

Performs investment performance calculations, attribution analysis, portfolio risk reporting, and analytics across public and private asset classes. Supports sales, marketing, RFPs, and DDQs; researches and maintains measurement methodologies; manages stakeholder relationships; troubleshoots analytical issues; improves processes; and establishes reporting for new products. Requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and investment management experience.

Maintain and validate equity, fixed-income, derivative, valuation, benchmarking, and securities data across investment systems. Manage scheduled data processes, deliver data-quality signoffs, investigate exceptions, resolve issues, and support investment teams with ad hoc analysis. Identify workflow improvements that improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance service levels. Collaborate with operational and engineering teams while managing multiple projects and stakeholder requests.

Supports investment operations technology by gathering CRIMS requirements, designing workflows and configurations, documenting business processes, coordinating integrations and vendors, and conducting testing. Provides production support, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and release validation for trading, portfolio management, and compliance processes. Partners with traders, portfolio managers, compliance teams, technical teams, and global stakeholders.

Manage the analytics production pipeline from data ingestion through calculation and distribution. Develop scalable investment analytics solutions covering performance, attribution, risk, exposure, and investment models. Maintain dashboards and semantic layers supporting natural language queries, enhance proprietary and third-party analytics tools, resolve complex methodology issues, and improve workflows. Translate technical concepts for investment stakeholders while identifying process risks and implementing technology-driven efficiencies.
