Serves customers in person, by phone, email, and text; identifies sales opportunities, prepares quotes, processes orders, coordinates pickup or delivery, collects payments, and supports outside sales. The role requires product knowledge, customer service, accurate administrative work, timely issue resolution, collaboration across departments, and achievement of sales and profitability goals while maintaining company safety and policy standards.
