Provides HR generalist support and strategic guidance to assigned client groups. Responsibilities include employee and labor relations, recruitment, performance management, engagement, compensation, learning and development, succession planning, collective agreement administration, grievance resolution, investigations, HR data analysis, and people-related projects. The role coaches leaders, supports employees, and ensures compliance with employment legislation and collective agreements.
