Advise customers on workflows, improve product adoption and satisfaction, support presales, inform roadmap decisions, expand professional services, and maintain efficient scheduling, booking, invoicing, and training administration. The role requires strong knowledge of North American AV, event production, or equipment rental operations and excellent customer-facing communication.

Leads Rentman’s product marketing strategy across a multi-product B2B SaaS portfolio. Owns positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, lifecycle programs, expansion revenue, and commercial insights for roadmap decisions. Manages and develops a team of five product marketers while partnering with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and RevOps to expand market share and build an AI-native operating model.
