Manage and track incoming/outgoing shipments, prepare customs and bank export documentation, coordinate carriers and special shipping instructions, communicate shipment status with carriers, production and sales, and resolve customer inquiries related to tracking and freight.

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, and aging analysis. Support month-end/year-end close, revenue recognition, GST/HST filings, agent commission processing, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and generate financial reports. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes within a manufacturing environment.
