Advise and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, SOWs, partnerships) for technology clients; draft and negotiate contracts; advise on risk and negotiation strategy; identify contract patterns to create templates and playbooks; provide input on AI-powered workflows and help define legal delivery standards and matter management processes.

Advise emerging companies on Canadian employment and labour matters across hiring, contracts, compensation, terminations, policies, investigations, and tribunal responses. Draft and maintain agreements, handbooks, severance, and restrictive covenants. Identify repeat issues and improve templates and AI-powered workflows; help define legal delivery standards and collaborate with founders and engineering to shape firm processes.

Lead full go-to-market: build awareness, generate demand, open partnership channels, run the full sales cycle with founders/GCs/ops, close engagements, develop pricing and messaging playbooks, and represent the firm at founder events to drive pipeline and scale growth.
