The role requires strong communications skills, Canadian media and government knowledge, discretion, and the ability to synthesize complex issues. Experience in healthcare, health policy, government relations, or pharmaceutical environments is preferred.

The Project Manager leads complex cross-functional projects within the PMO, managing schedules, budgets, risks, issues, reporting, resources, and project performance. The role develops PMO standards, tools, templates, process maps, business requirements, and change management plans. Responsibilities also include administering enterprise project management software, improving product lifecycle processes, supporting portfolio reporting, delivering project management training, and driving continuous improvement through data-informed approaches.

Performs financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, audit support, payment review, payroll backup, and process improvements. The role provides financial insights to leadership, ensures reporting accuracy and compliance with funding requirements, and supports resource allocation and decision-making.
