Lead year-round partner engagement for Horizon: design and run recurring events and flagship summits; recruit and match corporate, investor, and advisor stakeholders; grow top-of-funnel ~140 new senior leads yearly; maintain CRM/AI-driven systems and metrics; collaborate with marketing and programming to maximize commercialization outcomes for international scale-ups.

Lead end-to-end delivery of an AI enablement program: translate strategy into workplans, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage budgets and risks, maintain program data and reporting, and ensure consistent participant outcomes from intake through impact reporting. Build repeatable systems, run operating cadence, and represent the program to executive and funder stakeholders.

Create and execute content, social, email, and digital marketing campaigns to raise awareness for GoEU, Horizon and TBDC programs. Produce stories, manage social publishing, use CRM and automation for segmentation and reporting, leverage AI tools for content and productivity, coordinate marketing projects, and support events and partner outreach to drive engagement and measurable campaign performance.
