Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and US GAAP financial reporting; prepare and review complex business and individual tax returns (including multi-state filings); coordinate tax workflow and client communications; support audits; lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning; maintain organized client records and ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for U.S.-based clients: record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare monthly financial statements, manage A/P and A/R, assist with month- and year-end close, identify discrepancies, and communicate with clients and team members.
