Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities for infrastructure projects, manage drawings and document control, liaise between teams and consultants, support constructability reviews, change management, schedules, cost inputs, and ensure deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.

Lead and manage full proposal lifecycles (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs) for complex AEC pursuits, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance and quality, refining proposal processes and templates, mentoring junior staff, and improving proposal content and tools to increase win potential.

Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed project schedules from startup through closeout. Track progress, analyze critical path impacts, manage baseline changes, prepare reports, lead Field Installation Work Packages, perform quantity takeoffs, mentor document control staff, and coordinate with construction, engineering, subcontractors, and safety teams to support large-scale transit infrastructure delivery.
