Provide strategic, governance, and operational leadership for the CEO's office. Lead corporate planning and reporting (Operational Plan, Annual Report, Business Plan), develop KPIs and risk frameworks, support Board governance, coordinate ELT initiatives, manage CEO office operations, and drive organizational efficiency and strategic plan implementation.
