Lead end-to-end product design for ChargeLab’s EV charging ecosystem, from research and prototyping to shipping. Build and maintain design systems, create wireframes and visual designs for Android, iOS, and web, run user research, measure design effectiveness, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver high-quality products.

Lead and scale charger deployment and operations programs, own internal reporting and support processes, drive process improvements using data, coordinate cross-functional projects, expand partner networks, and develop consistent customer-facing support content to improve operational performance and customer experience.
