Lead private equity fund accounting and administration: oversee NAV preparation and review, fee and waterfall calculations, investor allocations, custody and banking operations, AML compliance, audits, client communications, staff management, process improvements, and participation in system initiatives and projects.

Provide full fund accounting for private equity clients including NAV preparation, pricing, reconciliations, capital calls and distributions, fee and waterfall calculations, investor allocations, NAV packages, audit assistance, regulatory deliverables, ad hoc requests, and client communications.

Lead a team of fund accountants delivering NAV production, financial statements, audit support, billing, and client reporting for private equity funds. Partner with investment managers, auditors, and internal teams, enforce SOC1 controls, drive process improvements and system projects, and ensure timely, accurate client deliverables and fee collections.

Provide full fund accounting services for private equity clients including NAV preparation and review, pricing, capital call/distribution and fee calculations, investor allocations, NAV packages, audit support, and client communications.

Coordinate and prepare client regulatory reporting deliverables, liaise with clients/vendors, support internal teams, improve reporting processes and checklists, maintain regulatory knowledge, review report workings, respond to stakeholders, assist resource planning, and train/support junior staff.

Supervise delivery of private equity fund administration services including maintaining books and records, preparing NAV packages and investor reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, capital call/distribution calculations, fee and carried interest computations, and payment processing. Review and mentor associate staff, manage client/auditor interactions, and ensure timely, accurate reporting and adherence to service agreements using fund accounting platforms.

Manage a team of fund accountants delivering NAVs, financial statements and reports for private equity clients. Liaise with managers, brokers and auditors; maintain SOC1 controls; oversee audits, billing, and process improvements; participate in system projects and cross-functional coordination.

Develop, implement, and support BI solutions: design data models and ETL, write SQL/Python, build reports and dashboards (Fabric/Power BI/SSRS), migrate legacy Excel reports, integrate with EDW/MDM, leverage AWS, and automate reporting processes.
