Prepare and maintain fund accounting records for private real asset funds using Yardi; produce financial statements, NAV and investor reporting, capital activity, reconciliations, audit and tax support; liaise with clients and auditors; mentor junior staff and drive process improvements.

Lead and oversee global AML operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, manage client integration and escalations, drive team performance and development, support global initiatives and projects, and participate in AML framework and service reviews.

Lead front-end analysis for data and analytics initiatives: define solution intent, assess feasibility and data quality, perform SQL profiling and source-to-target mapping, document data definitions and business rules, identify risks, and support delivery, adoption, and reporting across business and technical stakeholders.

Lead and support the Global AML team by driving departmental initiatives, ensuring AML, data governance and outsourcing policy adherence, managing client integrations and escalations, and overseeing performance and development of direct and indirect reports.

Provide full fund accounting services for private equity clients including NAV review and preparation, pricing, capital call/distribution and fee calculations, investor allocations, NAV packages, audit support, client communication, and ad hoc deliverables. Supervise and mentor team members and ensure compliance with fund documents and valuation policies.

Provide Investran subject matter expertise for private markets funds, design and implement platform solutions, configure accounts and capital workflows, build custom reports and data models, support UAT and production, document processes, and deliver client-focused onboarding and ongoing support.

Provide fund administration for private equity clients: maintain ledgers in Investran, prepare financial statements and NAVs, handle capital activity, support audits/tax, reconcile accounts, mentor junior staff, and maintain client communication.

Own daily MDM operations and data supply, manage data requests via Jira, ensure data integrity and quality, lead root-cause remediation, deliver data requirements for projects, define data standards and controls, drive automation and continuous improvement, and report on operational performance and data health.

Serve as a solution analyst and domain SME for NAV production across fund types, especially private markets. Lead front-end analysis, define business requirements, translate operating models into solution intent, identify data and operational risks, coordinate cross-team test scenarios, and support adoption readiness. Produce process models, use cases, and product documentation while liaising between business and engineering teams.
