Manage fund accounting and administration for private equity clients: oversee NAV preparation and review, team management, investor record-keeping, fee and carried interest calculations, AML coordination, client communication, audit support, regulatory reporting, process improvements, and system initiatives to meet SLAs and controls.

Design, develop, maintain and support SSRS reports and dashboards. Maintain global reference database and automated pricing/evaluation processes. Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures and datasets. Validate pricing with market data vendors (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, Markit). Gather business requirements, troubleshoot report/data issues, deploy and enhance reporting solutions.

Maintain accurate books and records for private equity funds; load and reconcile financial data; prepare consolidations, NAV packages, capital call and distribution calculations, fee and carried interest schedules; process payments and journal entries; prepare investor allocations and third-party reconciliations; and liaise with clients, auditors, banks and internal teams to meet SLAs.

Build and operate database infrastructure via Infrastructure-as-Code: provision and scale RDS/Aurora, automate migrations and patching, define SLOs and alerting, tune queries with application teams, secure credentials and encryption, create Terraform modules for self-service, and participate in on-call incident response and RCA.

Lead and manage fund accounting delivery for private equity/private debt clients including NAV preparation and review, fee and waterfall calculations, investor reporting, custody and bank interactions, AML coordination, audit support, process improvement, team management and resourcing, and participation in systems initiatives.
