Provide high-level administrative support to Technology senior leaders: manage calendars and travel, prepare presentations and meeting materials, take minutes, handle correspondence, process expenses and invoices, support budgets, coordinate events, and represent the leaders' office with discretion and initiative.

Support daily portfolio operations across public markets, manage reconciliations and corporate actions, oversee pricing, valuations and P&L analysis, enforce operational controls, investigate exceptions, drive automation and process improvements, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Support Real Assets and Portfolio Management by delivering accurate finance data, performance analysis, transaction and cashflow support, partner/third-party oversight, valuations assistance, governance and quarterly reporting. Drive continuous improvement, contribute to enterprise data initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to enable strategic decision-making.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for enterprise applications: select technologies, define standards and patterns, design and integrate complex systems, ensure quality via reviews and automation, mentor teams, and drive adoption of cloud, container, and AI-enabled solutions.

Lead QA for investment and trade systems: design and maintain automated test frameworks, perform functional, performance and integration testing, lead and mentor QA team members, integrate testing into CI/CD/DevSecOps, analyze results, and drive testing process improvements to ensure production readiness and reliability.
