Lead cross-functional delivery of strategic initiatives and capital investments from ideation through post-project tracking. Create project plans, charters, schedules, and reports; drive accountability, manage budgets, risks and stakeholder communications; provide onsite implementation leadership, training coordination, and process improvement to ensure operational integration with retail store processes.

Support FP&A for Corporate SG&A including multi-year budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, ad-hoc financial analysis, capital evaluation, month/year-end close support, and management reporting improvements while partnering with senior stakeholders.
