Coordinates product data for furniture manufacturing by translating engineering drawings into bills of materials within Jeeves ERP. Maintains item master records, BOMs, work processes, order-processing parameters, and product data changes. Supports engineering special approvals, identifies data issues, applies quality standards, and recommends process improvements. Collaborates with engineering, production, scheduling, inventory, and operations teams while developing proficiency in manufacturing processes and ERP-based product data management.

Develops and engineers new products from concept through launch, ensuring design intent, manufacturability, cost targets, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, technical documentation, supplier coordination, cost analysis, design reviews, and production support. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and supports warranty claims, process improvements, and zero-defect product launches.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, SQL queries, and Crystal Reports. Administer reporting infrastructure, validate data, document reporting processes, gather management requirements, and provide user training and support. The role also includes light HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap work, report embedding, presentation materials, version control with Git and GitHub, and collaboration with software developers on manufacturing and business systems.

Serve as liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to review and process purchase orders, create order headers, verify order accuracy using ERP, complete installation paperwork, and handle customer inquiries and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
