The Vice-President, Finance and Administration will lead financial strategy, oversee financial management, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks while enhancing operational efficiency.

Coordinate customer accounts in a transportation and logistics environment: enter and validate transactions, update customer profiles, run reports, liaise with operations and customers, ensure accurate invoicing and documentation, and maintain strong customer service. Requires WMS familiarity (AS400 an asset), bilingual communication, and ability to manage priorities under pressure; subject to criminal-record screening.

Manage customer account data and transactions in a WMS, validate and invoice shipments/receipts, run reports, liaise between customers and operations, follow up on requests, and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
