Support and enhance global cloud-native infrastructure, including Terraform provisioning, Docker and Kubernetes workloads, Helm deployments, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki. Participate in on-call production support, incident resolution, SDLC deployment workflows, and infrastructure security. The role requires high-availability environment experience, GCP familiarity, DNS management, and strong automation skills.

Plan, coordinate and execute large-scale and smaller meetings/events across North America (up to 900 attendees). Manage budgets, vendors, speakers, staffing, event logistics and records. Collaborate cross-functionally to design engaging B2B and internal events, measure impact, improve processes, and support events outside normal hours with up to 50% travel.

Lead design and administration of US and Canadian benefits and wellness programs, manage vendor relationships, drive communications and compliance (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA), oversee retirement plans and leave/disability policies, coach the Benefits team, and report on benefits KPIs to stakeholders.

Provide FP&A support for North American supply chain and manufacturing: forecasting, month-end variance analysis, KPI dashboards, freight cost modeling, accruals, RFQ support, carrier benchmarking, and trade/tariff impact analysis. Partner cross-functionally with Freight, Procurement, Manufacturing, Digital, and Retail to identify cost savings, build business cases, and support compliance and operational decision-making.
