Perform coverage analysis, investigations, negotiations, settlements, manage outside counsel and recoveries, draft legal documents and reports, advise underwriters, and prepare reference materials for claims and underwriting teams.

Lead sourcing strategies and RFx processes for claims, technology, and indirect categories. Manage supplier selection, negotiate contracts, mitigate vendor risk, liaise with legal and stakeholders, deliver executive presentations, track savings and performance, and oversee contract lifecycle and compliance.

Manage complex and commercial automobile physical damage claims, explain claim processes, interpret policy coverage, investigate claims, collaborate with brokers, vendors and fraud investigators, process payments, initiate salvage and subrogation, maintain detailed files, and meet annual and monthly file disposition targets.

Manage end-to-end high-value and complex casualty claims (including multinational exposure). Collaborate with underwriting, reinsurance, actuarial, and leadership on strategy.
