Develop and manage executive communication platforms for the CEO, COO, CFO, and other senior leaders. Write speeches, memos, scripts, board presentations, thought leadership, and crisis communications. Translate business and financial information into compelling narratives, coordinate internal and external visibility programs, and coach executives for town halls, media interviews, panels, and other high-profile engagements.

The role also tracks resolutions, assesses business risks, develops recommendations, and communicates progress to stakeholders while promoting compliance with governance standards and policies.

Analyzes and documents business, system, and implementation requirements for Guidewire-related initiatives. Creates user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications, and functional scenarios; facilitates stakeholder sessions; supports testing and validation; and collaborates with Product Owners, delivery teams, Scrum Masters, and project managers. Maintains backlogs and sprint plans, supports risk and issue resolution, performs root cause analysis, and contributes to ClaimCenter enhancements, integrations, and transformation projects.

Leads complex actuarial and strategic analytics initiatives in Personal Insurance pricing. Uses actuarial techniques, predictive modeling, statistical methods, and large datasets to identify opportunities, assess risks, improve pricing, and inform business strategy. Partners cross-functionally with pricing, underwriting, claims, distribution, and data science teams; presents recommendations to senior leaders; mentors junior staff; and drives innovative analytical solutions from problem definition through implementation.

Independently manage insurance-related civil litigation files from inception through resolution, including discoveries, motions, mediations, hearings, trials, appeals, negotiations, and settlement documentation. Develop litigation strategies, provide legal opinions, advise claims professionals, coordinate experts and support staff, analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and handle a diverse caseload involving bodily injury, property damage, construction, and subrogation claims.

Leads quality engineering across Finance and Corporate Technology initiatives, defining test strategies, governance, risk-based coverage, automation, and release readiness. Oversees functional, integration, data, API, and end-to-end testing for financial systems and processes. Mentors QE professionals, partners with stakeholders and vendors, reports quality risks and defects, and supports production validation and continuous improvement. The role requires strong finance systems knowledge, Agile experience, enterprise testing leadership, financial controls validation, and experience with automation and AI-enabled testing.

Produces executive and management performance reporting for the Personal Insurance business, analyzes financial and operational results, and delivers actionable insights. Supports planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, business reviews, KPI development, dashboard creation, and reporting automation. Partners with Finance and business stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements while maintaining accurate and effective reporting processes.

Leads corporate development activities, including acquisition and divestiture execution, deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, approvals, integration support, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking. The role monitors Canadian P&C insurance transactions, supports strategic initiatives, and mentors analysts while engaging with executives and cross-functional teams.
