Operate and maintain database platforms (high-availability and DR), monitor performance and alerts, troubleshoot and optimize queries/indexes, build automation, collaborate on deployments and incidents, support security/compliance, and perform data analysis/reporting to assist clients.

Own day-to-day operational health for assigned Canadian accounts, manage intake and routing of support requests, coordinate cross-functional teams and carriers, ensure post-launch stability, and drive process improvements for consistent account operations.

Support the iQ Pay program by onboarding customers, providing support, maintaining documentation, delivering training, and tracking program health metrics.
