Design, deploy, and operate Microsoft 365, Defender, Intune, and hybrid Windows/Exchange infrastructures. Provide Tier 2/3 Windows support, system monitoring, patching, backups, security/compliance, and client-facing technical guidance. Maintain virtualization, cloud, storage, and networking components; document systems and support on-call/off-hours maintenance.

Serve as primary customer contact for onboarding, support, and escalations; collaborate with sales and technical teams to recommend telecom/IT solutions; manage tickets, SLAs, and account tracking; perform demos, cold calls, upsells, and gather customer feedback to improve service.
