Provides senior functional consulting and application support for Microsoft Dynamics GP clients. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, business process optimization, upgrades, integrations, reporting, user training, documentation, and client relationship management. The consultant supports core GP modules and third-party applications such as SalesPad, collaborates with technical teams and vendors, mentors junior consultants, and advises clients on best practices and process improvements.
