Improve and evolve the design system, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production assets, and iterate using user insights and metrics. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and cross-functional partners to define problems and ship high-quality product experiences.

Manage end-to-end SMB sales across Canada: qualify prospects, run discovery calls and demos, maintain a large pipeline, close high-volume small deals, collaborate with BDRs, meet activity and revenue targets, and provide market and competitor feedback to improve the SMB sales motion.
