Leads Cineflix’s enterprise AI and technology transformation agenda, identifying automation opportunities, developing internal LLM capabilities, modernizing business systems, improving data governance, and integrating workflows. The role partners with IT, business leaders, HR, Legal, and Privacy to establish responsible AI practices, manage vendors, drive adoption, support organizational change, and measure business outcomes across finance, rights management, production, payroll, planning, and other functions.

Lead Cineflix Media’s development strategy across Canada and the US, originating ideas, identifying stories and talent, developing distinctive unscripted programming, and converting projects into commissioned series. The role oversees and inspires a creative development team, builds partnerships with broadcasters, streamers, producers, and talent, and collaborates with the London team on global packaging and pitches.
