Owns financial performance for Party City merchandise categories by developing and executing assortment, pricing, promotional, and inventory plans. Acts as the subject-matter expert for seasonal microseasons, analyzes consumer and competitive trends, manages line reviews, vendor relationships, imports, discontinuations, and store education. The role also mentors Category Business Analysts and influences cross-functional stakeholders to deliver financial and operational targets.

Leads enterprise financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive storytelling. The role supports IFRS-compliant consolidated forecasts, HFM transformation projects, financial modeling, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis for senior management, the CFO, and Board.
