Incorporate basic SEO and accessibility-friendly copy as preferred.

Manage post-sales client relationships for YuJa's SaaS platforms, driving renewals, upsells, onboarding/training, technical issue resolution, account monitoring, and stakeholder updates to maximize client value and growth.

Perform helpdesk support and quality assurance: create/execute test plans and cases, manual and regression testing, document and communicate defects, maintain test artifacts, monitor testing progress, triage and escalate support tickets, and work rotating/after-hours shifts to ensure system stability and timely responses.

Write, edit, and submit persuasive, technically accurate RFP responses and related client materials. Manage bid tracking, coordinate SMEs, develop templates and documentation (Zendesk), draft release/customer notifications, apply UX writing with product and UX teams, and collaborate with Client Success and Support under tight deadlines.
