Own end-to-end product design for a B2B SaaS platform used by care providers globally. Design workflows, dashboards, administration tools, reports, interaction states, and visual systems. Conduct research and usability testing, improve accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA, maintain the design system, and collaborate closely with product and engineering. The role requires independent ownership, strong communication, and the ability to simplify complex sensing data for diverse users.

Lead and scale the end-to-end customer support function across B2B and D2C channels.
