The People & Culture Business Partner advises business leaders on workforce planning, organizational change, performance management, succession, retention, employee relations, and employment compliance. The role also manages HR operations, HRIS data, onboarding and offboarding, employee inquiries, office and facilities administration, vendor relationships, workplace safety, and Ontario-specific legal requirements. This position requires autonomous problem-solving, strategic HR partnership, strong communication, and practical administrative execution in a hybrid Toronto office environment.
