Gather, analyze, normalize, and validate disparate data files for upload into master data management systems. Support Purchasing, Sales, Sourcing, and Pricing with data guidance and analysis. Maintain product, vendor, customer, cost, and price files; identify automation opportunities; resolve data discrepancies and train or guide junior staff.

Handle inbound and outbound sales by phone, email, and in person; develop customer relationships, identify needs, recommend products, process orders, handle transactions, and follow up on deliveries and order status.

Compile and post employee time and payroll data, calculate wages and deductions, reconcile discrepancies, maintain payroll records (exemptions, leave, insurance), produce payroll reports, and process/issue paychecks while maintaining confidentiality.

Own and grow relationships with largest national customers, manage a $50M-$100M portfolio, develop C-suite account strategies, secure category programs, leverage analytics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive sales growth with frequent overnight travel.

Manage and grow sales within an assigned customer base through prospecting, cross-selling, relationship building, forecasting, and resolving customer service issues. Work primarily in the field, maintain product knowledge, submit sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
