Provides clinical education across long-term care homes through onboarding, skills training, simulation, coaching, competency assessment, and virtual learning. Develops educational resources, translates policies into practice, identifies learning gaps, supports quality improvement and resident safety, and evaluates training outcomes. The role requires regular travel across assigned Ontario sites and collaboration with clinical leaders and frontline staff.
