Lead Canada marketing operations: build operating routines, calendars, budget discipline, governance, and cross-functional coordination. Manage process improvements, agency onboarding, PO/invoice flows, asset management, and compliance. Lead a Marketing Operations Analyst, track portfolio status, and deliver budget and project trackers, performance reports, and documented ways of working.

Support customer marketing and operations for the West private retail portfolio: coordinate activation calendars, materials, samples, promotional logistics, inventory reporting, launch readiness, and execution trackers; prepare performance updates and meeting materials; partner with KAMs, Marketing, Supply, Finance and customers to resolve issues and identify process improvements.

Partner with commercial teams to drive performance, forecasting, and decision-making. Lead national forecasting, finance-led S&OP, M&E governance, and efficiency initiatives (SLOBS, discounts, allocations). Provide data-led insights to improve net sales, gross profit and market share while influencing stakeholders and managing opportunity and risk against financial objectives.
