Support senior advisors in client relationship maintenance by preparing and reviewing meeting materials, completing transaction and follow-up tasks, coordinating presentations and onboarding of new families, managing wealth management reviews and asset transfers, and producing year-end tax information and performance/portfolio reports.

Support the Vice President of Advisor Engagement by managing communications, AANet content, and mailboxes; design and deliver LMS training and new-hire programs; coordinate translations, registration, billing, and event logistics; liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain policies, tools, and schedules.
