Lead Enghouse's centralized global HR function, develop and execute international HR strategy, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, lead HR due diligence and post-acquisition integrations, oversee compensation, benefits, talent management and HRIS optimization (preferably BambooHR), build high-performing HR team, and provide executive HR advice supporting business objectives and growth.

Lead enterprise infrastructure strategy and operations across networks, data centers, cloud, endpoint and core systems. Drive governance, resiliency, cost management, vendor relationships, modernization, and cross-functional alignment while managing budgets and infrastructure teams.
